ANNUAL MEETING REPRISE:
This information is being furnished by your Hickory on the Green Homeowners Association in advance of our Annual Homeowners Meeting, scheduled for Tuesday, November 19, 2024, to be held at the Hunting Ridge Meeting House (401 Meeting House Road, Bridgeville, PA 15107).
You recently received a snail mail package describing the purpose of our annual meeting. In addition to this explanatory letter, the package included the agenda for the meeting; minutes documenting the 2023 homeowners meeting; a nomination form for anyone to nominate a homeowner to serve a three year term on the Hickory on the Green Board of Directors; Proxy form (to be completed if you cannot attend the meeting); and finally, the 2025 HIckory on the Green Homeowners Association Operating and Capital budgets.
Regarding the nomination form for Board of Director elections, there are currently two board members whose terms will expire this year. These two individuals have agreed to serve another term should the homeowners at the annual meeting vote to elect them. These two Board members are Cindy Cooney (current President of the Board) and Wendy Bell (current Vice President of the Board). Complete this form if you would like to run for one of these two board positions or would like to nominate another homeowner. Please note that there is a deadline for submitting this form of November 14 at 4:00PM.
As for the Proxy form, the Association needs to achieve a quorum (number of homeowners attending) in order to conduct its business meeting. It is important for all homeowners to attend this meeting. However, if you are unable to attend, you can assign your vote to someone you trust to vote for you. Complete the proxy form and forward it to Community Management Advisors (CMA) as soon as possible or drop it off at 7049 Clubview Drive or any Board member's house. If you do not have another homeowner in mind to whom you would assign your vote, you can assign a Board member. The names of these folks are on this website and are also listed on the proxy form itself.

Now, what the Annual Homeowners Meeting package doesn’t tell you is that our wonderful Social Committee is providing pizza before the meeting, so get there early (6:30PM) so you can eat and socialize a bit before the meeting starts at 7:00PM.

The following documents make up the legal "agreement" -- known as "The Covenants" -- between Association and Homeowner here at Hickory on the Green
Remember, you must submit a COMPLETED Alteration Request Form (signed by you and your neighbors; attach a drawing of what you want to do with specifications) for any change that you want to make to the exterior of your building and property. Any changes requested must be approved in writing by the Board prior to work beginning!! Failure to obtain approval prior to commencing work carries a $100 fine and may result in Board action requiring you to remove or redo the work you've done.
To submit your Alteration Request Form, you can email a scanned form and documentation to CMP at:
