It’s time to gather again for eats and conversation with neighbors!! Yes, our Social Committee has scheduled a Neighbor Night Supper at the Alpine Club, click here for the flyer. Residents, friends, and family are all invited to gather at the Alpine Club for supper on Friday, June 28that 6PM! The Alpine Club will be serving pizza, wings and hoagies. The cost will be $15 per person (CASH ONLY and this does not include tip, which we hope you’ll generously include on your own). There will also be a cash bar. Children are welcome to attend! Please RSVP by Monday, June 24th to hogsocialcommittee@gmail.com. Be there or be square! LOL
We recently held our annual Ice Cream Social… and this year a fun Driveway Chalk Drawing Contest. Attendees and contestants had a great time and consumed a lot of really delicious and remarkably diverse selection of frozen treats (most excellent, Social Committee!!). Below are some documents that will give you the most important Association information that every H.O.G. homeowner needs to know.
The following documents make up the legal "agreement" -- known as "The Covenants" -- between Association and Homeowner here at Hickory on the Green
Remember, you must submit a COMPLETED Alteration Request Form (signed by you and your neighbors; attach a drawing of what you want to do with specifications) for any change that you want to make to the exterior of your building and property. Any changes requested must be approved in writing by the Board prior to work beginning!! Failure to obtain approval prior to commencing work carries a $100 fine and may result in Board action requiring you to remove or redo the work you've done.
To submit your Alteration Request Form, you can email a scanned form and documentation to CMP at:
cwilkinson@cmpmgt.com ; or you can "snail" mail or drop off your form to Carl Wilkinson, c/o Community Management Professionals, 200 Commerce Drive, Suite 206, Moon, PA 15108.
