Additionally, here is an excerpt from the letter that accompanied our community's donation to the Washington Area Humane Society's No Kill Shelter as a result of our Annual Animal Donation Day:
"Each fall our community, Hickory on the Green in South Fayette, holds a Halloween Donation Drive to benefit the animals of the Washington Area Humane Society Shelter. This year we requested wish list items, checks and cash that could be used to buy needed supplies for the animals. Enclosed please find checks in the total amount of $500.00 plus various donated items and supplies -- estimated worth of goods $250.000. TOTAL VALUE Checks + goods $750.00. Thank you for the work you do to benefit needy animals in the area."

Below are some documents that will give you the most important Association information that every H.O.G. homeowner needs to know.
The following documents make up the legal "agreement" -- known as "The Covenants" -- between Association and Homeowner here at Hickory on the Green
Remember, you must submit a COMPLETED Alteration Request Form (signed by you and your neighbors; attach a drawing of what you want to do with specifications) for any change that you want to make to the exterior of your building and property. Any changes requested must be approved in writing by the Board prior to work beginning!! Failure to obtain approval prior to commencing work carries a $100 fine and may result in Board action requiring you to remove or redo the work you've done.
To submit your Alteration Request Form, you can email a scanned form and documentation to CMP at:
cwilkinson@cmpmgt.com ; or you can "snail" mail or drop off your form to Carl Wilkinson, c/o Community Management Professionals, 200 Commerce Drive, Suite 206, Moon, PA 15108.
