We had a GREAT time at the Ice Cream Social recently. Thanks to everyone who attended, especially those creative souls who chalked up their driveways to participate in the contest.
Our wonderful Social Committee now has the next event of the summer scheduled. The popular Game Day will be held on Sunday, July 27th at 2PM. For those unfamiliar with this event, it is held in the backyards of several of our homeowners living at 7054, 7056, and 7058 Clubview. These adjoining properties' backyards make the perfect setting for yard games like bocce, cornhole, croquet, and kan jam. And anyone who has attended in the past will testify to the quality of the pizza, refreshments, and snacks! You can bring your own game(s) and or beverage of choice to share with your neighbors, too. So put this date -- July 27th -- on your calendar right now and plan to have a good time playing games! Click here for the flyer.

Craft Night - Wednesday, August 14th at 7pm
Bonfire Night/Food Drive - Friday, September 12th at 6pm
Cleanup on Alpine - Saturday, September 20th at 9am
Donation Day for Animal Shelter - Saturday, October 18th from 9am to 12pm

Below are some documents that will give you the most important Association information that every H.O.G. homeowner needs to know.
The following documents make up the legal "agreement" -- known as "The Covenants" -- between Association and Homeowner here at Hickory on the Green
Remember, you must submit a COMPLETED Alteration Request Form (signed by you and your neighbors; attach a drawing of what you want to do with specifications) for any change that you want to make to the exterior of your building and property. Any changes requested must be approved in writing by the Board prior to work beginning!! Failure to obtain approval prior to commencing work carries a $100 fine and may result in Board action requiring you to remove or redo the work you've done.
To submit your Alteration Request Form, you can email a scanned form and documentation to CMP at:
