You can always tell that it’s summer when the H.O.G. Social Committee ramps up its event schedule. Our next fun event, loved by all who’ve attended, is our H.O.G. Ice Cream Social and Chalk Drawing Contest. This event welcomes the beginning of summer and is noted for offering all of our residents and kids free a variety of frozen treats. Water will be provided. You are welcome to bring your own beverage of choice. It will be held at the centrally located Gazebo area at 4:00PM on Sunday, June 29th. Don’t forget your lawn chair. In addition to the Ice Cream Social, the Committee is again organizing our famous Driveway Chalk Drawing Contest for the kids and like-minded adults. A photographer will document the driveway creations at 2PM that Sunday (June 29th). Those attending the Ice Cream Social will vote for the best driveway design. A prize will be awarded to the driveway with the most votes (must be present to win).
So come and welcome summer here in the neighborhood. Share the fun with your neighbors and enjoy what makes Hickory on the Green the special place it is.

Below are some documents that will give you the most important Association information that every H.O.G. homeowner needs to know.
The following documents make up the legal "agreement" -- known as "The Covenants" -- between Association and Homeowner here at Hickory on the Green
Remember, you must submit a COMPLETED Alteration Request Form (signed by you and your neighbors; attach a drawing of what you want to do with specifications) for any change that you want to make to the exterior of your building and property. Any changes requested must be approved in writing by the Board prior to work beginning!! Failure to obtain approval prior to commencing work carries a $100 fine and may result in Board action requiring you to remove or redo the work you've done.
To submit your Alteration Request Form, you can email a scanned form and documentation to CMP at:
